The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of innovative structures, assets, securitizations, and structured finance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex transactions and provide legal advice on a wide range of issues. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that delivers high-quality legal services to our clients and plays a key role in the development and execution of our business strategies. Responsibilities:1. Advising on a full range of issues associated with structured finance and securitizations, including the structuring, managing, and closing of complex transactions.2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of legal documents and agreements related to structured finance transactions.3. Providing legal advice and support on the development and implementation of innovative structures and assets.4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of structured finance transactions.5. Conducting legal research and providing advice on complex legal matters related to structured finance.6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Qualifications:1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitizations, and related legal matters.3. A deep understanding of innovative structures, assets, and the legal issues associated with them.4. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.7. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.8.
