Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Controller to lead and manage significant aspects of its global financial operations.



Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for global financial operations, including treasury, procurement, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
Oversee global cash management and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial stability
Lead global tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimizing tax efficiencies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a controller role or equivalent
Experience in enterprise SaaS businesses with multinational operations and at least $100 million in revenue
Deep knowledge of global financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
Experience working in private equity-backed environments and on M&A transactions preferred
