Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Specialist, Cardiac to manage
and process billing and reimbursement for medical device
products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process billing and reimbursement for medical device
products
Ensure accurate coding and timely submission of claims to
payers
Review and correct claims rejections for resubmission
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of recent experience in a similar role
Prior experience working remotely
Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is
required
Preferred certifications include Certified Cardiovascular and
Thoracic Surgery Coder (CCVTC) or Certified Cardiology Coder
(CCC)
Familiarity with systems such as Dr Chrono, BrightTree, and
Microsoft Office
