Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Collections Specialist to manage delinquent credit card accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels
Assess customer situations to provide relevant payment options and strengthen relationships
Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of collections experience
2+ years of advanced-level experience in customer service
1+ years of working-level experience in listening skills
2+ years of advanced-level experience in compliance and system fluency
