Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities

Perform service and maintenance on analytical products, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Schedule and complete service jobs, including instrument testing, calibration, and repairs
Provide technical support for sales and assist in the installation and training of new equipment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
Previous experience in a related field
Experience in spectroscopy, light scattering, microscopy, chemical imaging, or rheology
Standard computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics
