Job Description:

Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon with a winning attitude and excellent communication skills.
As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for supporting other stylists, managing daily operations, and driving sales growth. You will work in a fun, bright, and newly renovated salon with a competitive pay scale, including daily productivity bonuses and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
  
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  
  Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
    
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
