POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Director position is a mid-level leadership position
under the direct supervision of the State Director. The Regional
Director provides leadership and support to the respective region's
team of BCBA's. In addition, the Regional Director is responsible
for operational and administrative duties related to their specific
region.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate the company's mission, beliefs in actions,
language, and implementation of company policies and protocol in a
timely and respectful manner.
- Partner with training department to provide additional training
and mentorship for BCBA's within mentoring period.
- Conduct supervision in person and remotely on a weekly or
bi-weekly basis dependent upon BCBA level to include proper and
thorough documentation of meetings.
- Create and drive initiatives to impact clinical and operational
KPI's in person (remote when necessary).
- Attend meetings with supervising director on a weekly
basis.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Checks for all BCBA's in region in
person (utilizing remote supervision where necessary).
- Provide ongoing clinical support for all assigned cases for
BCBA's within the region to ensure all clients are receiving best
care.
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, leadership, and support
for BCBA team with in person and remote meetings, workshops and
trainings.
- Attend regular state specific meetings hosted by the State
Director.
- Attend and participate in regular leadership meetings hosted by
ECD & Clinical Team.
- Attend in-service.
- Complete all reports and conduct revisions in a timely
manner.
- Communicate with Client Services and Operations as applicable
to ensure the continuity of care for clients.
- Oversight of BCBA & BT session.
- Oversight of incident reports, including investigation and
reporting of findings to Clinical.
- Establish and maintain a positive work culture and promote
clear communication.
- Provide case supervision and parent training to assigned
clients and/or assessments for their respective region.
- Partner with State Director on implementation of clinical &
operational initiatives.
- Oversee completion and compliance of BT Treatment Integrity
checks & BT Training Checklist completed by BCBA.
- Ensure highest quality of care is provided by BCBA's.
- Collaborate with staff in regards to implementation of
organizational initiatives, services, and policies, as
applicable.
- Participate and host Community Outreach Events to help region
achieve growth goals for both client growth and staff
recruitment.
- Enforce BCBA billable requirement and monitor
utilization.
- Update active organizational spreadsheets, notes.
- Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during
and outside of company hours.
- Conduct clinical hiring interviews and exit interviews for all
BCBA's.
- Attempt to resolve all client complaints and follow chain of
command regarding them.
- Maintain billable and supervisory hour requirements.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain BCBA certification.
- Maintain LABA or other state licensure.
- Weekly travel within region required.
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving
record.
- Must have your own transportation and auto insurance in order
to travel between clients.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-Time: Regional Directors are required to maintain agreed upon
percentage of billable and non-billable hours equaling at least 40
hours per week. This position is an exempt, full time position.
