Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead a team
in providing exceptional service in educational technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Customer Care team to maintain high service
standards
Analyze customer service metrics and implement process
improvements
Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues and
ensure timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication,
education, or a related field
3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably
in educational technology
1+ years of experience managing direct reports with a proven track
record
Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar
platforms
Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies
and procedures
