Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Relations Manager to provide
HR guidance and support to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an operational partner for HR Business Partners, addressing
employee and manager inquiries
Serve as an internal HR policy expert and support the development
of new policies
Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee data to identify
trends and develop solutions
Required Qualifications
At least five years of experience in Human Resources in a COE or HR
generalist role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment
law
Foundational understanding of HR COEs and processes, including
employee relations and compliance
Experience in coaching leaders on performance management
processes
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
