      • Foster a positive community atmosphere.
      • Enforce property rules and regulations.
      • Address maintenance requests and follow up with residents.General Office:
        • Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
        • Maintain regular office hours and respond to communications promptly.
        • Facilitate resident meetings and manage petty cash.Social Events:
          • Organize and implement social activities and events.
          • Host community events and manage social committees.Housekeeping and Light Maintenance:
            • Ensure vacant apartments are show-ready.
            • Maintain curb appeal.Leasing and Marketing:
              • Achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
              • Conduct tours, open houses, and application interviews.
              • Follow Fair Housing Laws and marketing plans.Compliance:
                • Complete and submit required paperwork.
                • Notify the Compliance Department of any issues.
                • Adhere to company policies and regulations.Requirements:Qualifications:
                  • Prior property management and customer service experience preferred.
                  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
