define and operationalize the HR strategy roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the design, planning, and execution of the People
strategy roadmap
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment with key partner
teams
Lead pivotal People transformation projects and establish key
performance indicators
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in human resources related to People
Strategy or organizational transformation
Proven track record in designing and implementing People strategies
that support business outcomes
Experience in fast-paced, global technology organizations
Prior experience managing a team
Ability to independently drive complex projects to completion on
tight timelines
