Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to
enhance the customer experience and drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers and manage the full
customer lifecycle
Partner with customer stakeholders to create custom engagement
initiatives
Analyze customer engagement metrics and communicate insights to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Client Services at a
SaaS organization
Experience in the telehealth space
Experience managing a large to enterprise-sized customer book of
business
Independent and motivated with entrepreneurial spirit
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
