Job Description:
A company is looking for a People and Culture Operations Manager
to oversee HR functions and foster a cohesive team culture in a
remote workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll and benefits
administration
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and
culture-building programs
Support talent management processes, including training and
performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR management or operations, focusing on
employee engagement and culture
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Experience planning and implementing Equity, Diversity, and
Inclusion initiatives
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools
