A company is looking for a VP, Global Services and Solutions to oversee a global team dedicated to delivering high-quality service solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a multi-year global strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences
Lead the organization in delivering differentiated service offerings and managing the global P&L
Establish global service standards and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred
A minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience in global services within life sciences, healthcare, or medical technology
At least 10 years in senior leadership roles in a scalable, matrixed organization
Proven experience managing a global service solutions business with accountability for P&L
Deep understanding of key markets and their evolving needs from basic research through clinical applications
