In this role, you will directly manage key accounts, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded while aligning with company targets and guidelines. • Directly manage key accounts in line with agreed targets and company guidelines.
• Understand and navigate customer organizations, decision-making processes, and business environments.
• Negotiate rates and service contracts, ensuring all commercial requirements are documented.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of our vertical service offerings.
• Adhere to our sales management processes and maintain accurate updates in our customer relationship management systems.
• Monthly performance metrics and take immediate corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, reviewed and approved by sales managers.
• Ensure seamless transition of new business into operations.
• Conduct regular review sessions with customers to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence. Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Global Account Sales experience

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
