Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Protection and eDiscovery
Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage eDiscovery efforts and
data protection policies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the eDiscovery technical process, ensuring compliance with
legal and regulatory requirements
Manage Windows servers and applications related to eDiscovery and
data protection workflows
Develop and recommend data protection policies and strategies in
alignment with industry regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
7+ years of experience in eDiscovery, data protection, or a related
field
Proven ability to manage large-scale eDiscovery efforts and
experience with Windows server management
Extensive knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR and
CCPA
Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity One and
Exterro products
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Law, or a related
field; advanced degree preferred
