Key Responsibilities
Build integrated programs to grow a loyal and engaged owned email
audience
Create a holistic social strategy to enhance brand following and
internal influencer engagement
Launch and incubate new organic growth marketing channels while
measuring their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in growing marketing channels and/or
audiences
Proven track record of increasing owned audiences across various
platforms
Process-oriented and data-driven approach to managing channels
Ability to create engaging and accurate content and programs
Excitement for taking ownership and accountability of work and
results
