Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Senior Associate
responsible for managing various moderately complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and identify
resources needed for project completion
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, including budget
and spending oversight
Utilize Agile principles and frameworks to drive project planning
and execution
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, life
sciences, or other technical discipline; advanced degree
preferred
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably
in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Demonstrated capability to influence without authority and navigate
complex environments
Experience with Agile project management and related software tools
(e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Miro)
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
