Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Bank Non-Financial Risk
Oversight Vice President.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage and adapt the bank's Non-Financial Risk frameworks to
manage risks in commercial operations
Develop and deliver training on Non-Financial Risk principles
across the organization
Provide oversight for Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and
analyze operational risk events
Required Qualifications and Education:
BA/MBA in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent
experience
7+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on
operational risk management
Expert-level knowledge in specific operational risk disciplines
Certification in risk management (CRMA, CERP, CRM) is a plus
Working knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and
industry best practices
