Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Cyber Security) to
manage client relationships and ensure customer success in the
cybersecurity sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings to
address client cybersecurity needs
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and
growth
Drive growth by identifying additional use cases and expansion
opportunities within existing accounts
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in account management or customer success
in enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity
Experience working in the cybersecurity space with a solid
understanding of its challenges
Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and the
threat/vulnerability landscape
Experience in a fast-paced, product-based startup environment,
ideally in AI or cybersecurity
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
