Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: NICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years of recent acute care experience in NICU License: Must have license in hand upon application Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) Must-Have: - Ability to work every other weekend - Willingness to float at the facility's discretion Job Description: - Provide high-quality care in a Neonatal ICU setting. - Participate in a full-time schedule with three shifts per week. - Contribute to a team-based model, especially if floated outside the primary area of competency. - Responsible for delivering and maintaining safe, competent care to a neonatal population. - Must be prepared to float to various units and potentially outside of primary competency but within 50 miles of home facility. - Adhere to policies regarding requested time off, including limited consecutive days and restrictions on days around holidays and weekends. - Completion of a 24-hour orientation period. Note: This position requires proof of vaccinations one week prior to the start date, but boosters are not mandatory. Local applicants residing within 75 miles of the facility will be considered at a different rate.
