Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Industry, Retail to provide
thought leadership and strategic guidance to retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic relationships with customers at the executive
level
Lead customer transformation workshops and deliver thought
leadership across the retail industry
Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a vertical expert in digital marketing and
retail customer experience
Background in facilitating workshops
Experience presenting to large audiences, including C-Suite
executives
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
