Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide and support
Agile Scrum teams in product development.
Key Responsibilities
Guide Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate their
delivery of work
Remove impediments to product development and enhance team
productivity
Support and educate the Product Owner in managing the product
backlog
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or
related field, or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in Scrum/Agile or related IT, business
analysis, or project management roles
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
Experience in planning and monitoring products in Scrum, XP,
Kanban, or SAFe
2 years as a Scrum Master for multiple embedded technology teams
preferred
