A company is looking for a Senior Analytics and AI Specialist II
to join their Workforce Benefits team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage analytics projects from inception to completion
Develop and implement advanced analytics models and AI
solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business
requirements into analytical solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer
science, or a related field
7+ years of demonstrated experience in a relevant role
Strong expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and AI,
including machine learning frameworks
Experience in the Workforce Benefits or Insurance business is
highly desirable
Generative AI and LLM expertise (e.g., Open AI and AWS Bedrock)
