Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster
to handle various aspects of injury claims resulting from personal
auto losses.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations, evaluate, and settle Medical Payments,
Bodily Injury, and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury
claims
Review policy documents, determine coverage, and manage litigation
under moderate supervision
Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with defense
counsel on claims in litigation
Required Qualifications
Experience handling moderate to severe Bodily Injury claims and
complex coverage issues
Must be licensed and bondable
Experience in multiple jurisdictions is desired
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes
Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
