Job Description:
A company is looking for a Formulary Operations Management
Advisor to provide leadership and oversight of clinical policy
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate build of clinical plans and rules in the PAHub
System
Lead cross-functional teams in decision-making related to PAHub
builds and process improvements
Perform data analysis and reporting to enhance operational flow and
develop key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare
leadership
8 or more years of technical experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Leadership experience as a supervisor, manager, or associate
director
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
