Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outsource Animator to collaborate
with internal and external teams on animation assets for
cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
Establish animation guidelines and oversee asset implementation
Provide feedback to outsourced teams to ensure visual
consistency
Train and support outsourcing partners with best practices and
technical documentation
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, MotionBuilder, and
Unreal Engine 5
Experience managing large-scale asset deliveries from external
teams
Live service project experience preferred; shipping experience
required
Ability to work non-traditional office hours
