About The Role:
The summer associate's primary responsibility will be involved with
all aspects of real estate development. Will have the opportunity
to work on financial modeling/underwriting of prospective
investments and developments, coordination of due diligence, lease
analysis, dispositions and fund contributions. Summer associates
may also respond to Request for Proposals, input and update project
information in the ELITE system, communicate/prepare financials and
approval packages for the Investment Committee, and direct research
projects.

Trammell Crow Company carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate's education,
training, and experience. The minimum hourly rate for this role is
$20/hour and the maximum salary for the position is $55/hour. The
compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend
on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
