Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist I - Back
Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to
chats, emails, and calls
Maintain expertise in the back office transaction management
platform and assist customers with configuration and execution of
tasks
Escalate product issues and advocate for clients through
resolution, while recording customer interactions in the ticketing
system
Required Qualifications:
Four-year technical degree or 2-4 years of related experience
Experience with accounting concepts and practices
Familiarity with SaaS solutions and enterprise-level customers
General understanding of the Real Estate Industry preferred
Adaptable to change and able to quickly learn new tools and
technologies
