The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM FileNet systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support FileNet solutions that meet the organization's business needs.Responsibilities and Duties:

• Install and configure IBM FileNet systems according to best practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Collaborate with developers and system architects to design and implement FileNet solutions
• Develop and maintain system documentation
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as patch upgrades and system backups
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to IBM FileNetQualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as an IBM FileNet Administrator
• Strong knowledge of FileNet P8 architecture and components
• Hands-on experience with FileNet installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Shell scripting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
