Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Support Associate to engage
with and grow online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with users on Discord, Reddit, and social media
platforms
Create and organize community content and events to encourage
participation
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries
and troubleshoot issues
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience growing online communities, particularly on
Discord and Reddit
Extensive experience with 3D modeling
Familiarity with customer support tools, especially Zendesk
Knowledge of social media management and community growth
strategies
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and
platforms
