Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Support Lead to manage
ticket dependencies and provide technical resolution for day-to-day
issues in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure service SLAs by providing timely technical resolution to
issues
Drive production support for core administrative systems, including
enrollments, claims, and payments
Log tickets and manage vendor and partner communication for issue
resolution
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in a mid to large size production support
environment
Experience handling Sev1/Sev2 incident response
Proven experience with SQL queries using Oracle/MS
SQL/MySQL/Postgress
Experience with healthcare EDI and data integration platforms
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field or
equivalent experience
