Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lease Admin Analyst - Temporary (3
Months).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct reconciliations for operating expenses to ensure compliance
with lease terms
Perform audits for lease administration clients and prepare reports
of findings
Assist with the preparation of CAM reconciliations and review
contracts for accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a combination of experience and
education
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
