Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to
support revenue growth and retention with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure the Salesforce instance, ensuring data
validation for closed opportunities and customer accounts
Develop reports using Looker, Salesforce, and Excel to support
business leadership needs
Conduct custom analysis for product, account management, and sales
initiatives, presenting findings to leadership
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant
Intermediate SQL skills for reporting and data analysis
Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder
relationships
Demonstrated experience ensuring data quality and integrity
