This position will be part of the North American Capital Partner Program team that manages our Commercial Revolving Account (Productivity Plus). Our team develops sales programs and incentives to drive Credit Applications, Sales, and Service for our dealer network. We interact with all departments Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Underwriting and Collections to add value to our product. Our product offers special financing offers for Agricultural and Construction accounts. This is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Responsibilities:

• A major project will be assigned for completion before the end of the internship
• Assist with a variety of projects that support Capitals Commercial Revolving Account Tasks could include, but are not limited to:
  • Activities to grow Productivity Plus including:
    • Program Development
    • Implementation
    • Training

      Minimum Qualifications
      • Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Financial Services, Communication, Agribusiness, or related degree areaThis position will pay between $18-$35/hour.
